It is our responsibility to distribute, control and apply all GE Silicone Protective Coatings to ensure correct technical and aesthetic product application under the strict guidelines/training provided by Giromax Technology Ltd.
In progress technical assessments are undertaken to ensure that each project proceeds in accordance with the agreed specification. Typical monitoring includes Surface Preparation, Application Standards, Thickness & Adhesion Tests.

Simple - Seamsil -Metal edge, Gutter Systems, Defective Joints Treatment & Protection.
Its
built in simplicity makes SEAMSIL ® a most cost effective and reliable
cure for edge and overlap corrosion problems.
Colours - SEAMSIL edge and overlap protection stem is
available in a range of colours to match the most popular shades used
in industrial claddings. SEAMSIL has good elastic and flexibility properties
to withstand normal surface
movements. This ensures continued optimum performance even in the most
aggressive environments.
Natural - G.E. Delcote Architectural Coating
Inorganic
Silicone Technology ensures that the G.E. Delcote Architectural coating
remains naturally unaffected by UV or extremes of weather and temperature.
Silicone coatings are non-sacrificial and nauturally halt the process
of corrosion. No corrosion inhibitors or primers are required.
Used in conjunction with Seamsil, its fast application minimises site disruption.
Effective - Delcote HPG Gutter Substrate Lining
Delcote
HPG is a liquid applied elastomeric silicone membrane with excellent vapour
breathing properties which cures to form a tough protective coating. Delcote
HPG is ideally suited to preserve most commercial gutter and rainwater
systems.Delcote HPG is normally applied without the need to prime and
is suitable for application once surfaces are clean, dry and corrosion
free.
Delcote HPG is applied by brush or roller and is applied in two coats each of a contrasting colour to ensure complete coverage.
Protective - Delglaze Weatherproof Coating
Delglaze
is a high performance, high build, single component moisture curing aliphatic
polyurethane coating that cures to provide a clear, tough membrane principally
for the re coating and sealing of aged and weathered grp rooflights. Once
clean of moss and lichen, Delglaze seals in the exposed fibres, remaining
flexible enough to accomodate rooflight movement.
Fully cured Delglaze provides a tough clear elastomeric coating with crack bridging capabilities that is particularly effective on difficult to replace rooflights on an asbestos cement roof.
Delglaze is based on a unique blend of polyurethane resins to produce a coating, which provides a tough durable finish with a high degree of impact, erosion and weather resistant properties.
